研究員,博士生導師。2001年畢業于中國科學院心理研究所應用心理學專業,獲理學博士學位,同年入職beat365心理學系(beat365),從事管理心理學的教學與科研工作;美國 University of South Florida (2007.8-2008.8)、瑞典 Stockholm University (2014.9-2014.11) 訪問學者。

陸昌勤研究員主持、參與多項國家自然科學基金、國家自然科學基金重大研究計劃(子課題)、國家科技支撐計劃課題,以及國際合作項目;研究成果發表在Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Vocational Behavior,《心理學報》等專業期刊;曾獲得美國管理學會(AOM)最佳會議論文(“Best Conference Paper”, 2011; 2022)、優秀審稿人(“Outstanding Reviewer”, 2015),美國工業與組織心理學會(SIOP) "Top Poster" (2012),beat365正大獎教金優秀獎 (2004)、教學優秀獎(2018)、曾憲梓優秀教學獎(2019)等榮譽;目前擔任國際應用心理學會會刊Applied Psychology: An International Review 副主編, Journal of Managerial Psychology, International Journal of Stress Management (APA)等雜志編委,以及國内外多家學術期刊、基金組織評審人。在beat365為本科生和研究生開設《職業心理學》、《組織管理心理學》、《職業健康心理學》、《職業生涯管理》、《領導行為學》等課程;曾為多家企事業單位和政府機構提供人力資源管理方面的咨詢和培訓服務。

 

招生與學術合作

歡迎對管理心理學或組織行為學研究感興趣,并且具有較好數理統計基礎的同學加入課題研究組,攻讀博士或碩士學位,同時,歡迎研究興趣相近的學者或博士生進行學術合作。

(1) 不确定情境下個體與組織之間的互動過程

工作場所中的工作與雇傭不安全感、組織變革、技術浸入、數智化轉型等事件的一個核心特征是不确定性。在這樣的不确定情境下,組織如何激勵、留住員工?個體如何适應、主動應對?我們課題組重點從動态的視角來探讨個體與組織在不确定情境下的互動過程及其機制。

(2) 壓力情境下個體/團體的主動行為

在面臨職場中的壓力情境時,個體與團體并不隻是消極、被動地适應,也會采取積極、主動的行為。我們課題組主要基于挑戰性-阻斷性壓力模型 (challenge-hindrance stressor framework),重點關注個體與團體在工作壓力(包括技術壓力-technostress, 數字化工作要求等)情境下的主動行為及其影響因素。

(3) 壓力的溢出 (spillover)和傳遞 (crossover)效應

信息技術的發展讓工作與家庭之間邊界變得模糊,使得個體在工作與家庭領域的行為相互滲透。我們課題組重點關注工作-家庭沖突、工作-生活平衡、技術-工作-生活領域的互動關系,以及相關的跨文化/地區比較研究等。
