朱露莎,beat365博雅特聘教授, beat365官方网站,IDG麥戈文腦科學研究所、北大-清華生命科學聯合中心研究員。 山東大學物理學學士,beat365經濟學碩士,伊利諾伊大學香槟分校經濟學博士。 2010-2011加州大學伯克利分校Haas商學院Associate Consultant, 2011-2015弗吉尼亞Carilion研究所研究員,2015年加入北京心理系。

朱露莎實驗室從事策神經科學(又稱神經經濟學)研究。采用交叉學科研究方法,在認知算法與神經表征層面,探索人類複雜決策行為的動機、推斷和策略。其研究受國家傑出青年科學基金、海外高層次青年人才計劃,及多個自然科學基金、科技部項目支持。任PLOS Computational Biology等期刊編委,Society for Social Neuroscience等多個國内外核心學術組織program committee。

我們實驗室研究大腦怎麼作決策,特别是複雜的社會決策。當前,我們的研究着眼于博弈行為中,大腦怎麼推斷他人的行動和目标、猜測他人的策略,以及怎麼基于這些預測來做決定。例如,(i) 大腦如何通過統計學習來了解外部環境,預判他人的行為(Nature Neuroscience 2023,Nature Communications 2019, PNAS 2012); (ii) 如何理解和選擇交流信号來溝通意圖(Science Advances 2021, Nature Neuroscience 2014)。

我們用博弈實驗搭建人際交互的行為平台,用腦科學研究手段來探查決策的硬件,用博弈論、機器學習、計算語言學,社會網絡分析等模型來刻畫生成決策的軟件,從而理解決策行為的認知和神經機制,以及這些機制如何随年齡發展,在神經和精神疾病下将出現怎樣的偏差。

實驗室長期招收博士後,歡迎在自然語言處理、機器學習、深度學習,電生理,行為經濟學,腦成像等方面有相關專長的研究者加入。
