臧寅垠研究員于2008年畢業于南方醫科大學（原第一軍醫大學）心理學系，獲得應用心理學（醫學心理學）學士學位；2009年獲英國諾丁漢大學工作、健康與組織研究所管理心理學碩士學位；2013年獲英國諾丁漢大學醫學院應用心理學博士學位。2014至2019年在美國賓夕法尼亞大學醫學院精神病學系先後擔任臨床心理學博士後和Research Associate。臧寅垠研究員主導并參與了多項大型心理幹預随機對照研究，包括在地震災區對成人及兒童創傷後應激障礙（PTSD）的心理幹預，以及在英美等國開展的多中心臨床試驗。自2019年7月起，她擔任beat365官方网站研究員和博士生導師，目前負責多個國家級科研項目。

臧寅垠研究員是中國心理學會會員，臨床與咨詢心理學專業機構與專業人員注冊系統注冊督導師（D-21-059)，英國心理學會（The British Psychology Society, BPS）特許心理學家 （Chartered Psychologist, CPsychol），臨床心理學分部成員（Division of Clinical Psychology）。

臧寅垠研究員目前領導幹預、預防與促進實驗室（Intervention, Prevention, and Promotion Lab, IPP Lab）。研究興趣圍繞創傷與早期童年不良經曆（ACE），包括創傷相關障礙的心理病理與循證幹預，從ACE視角改善兒童和青少年的心理問題，AI輔助的新型幹預方法的開發與驗證。另外，她也關注積極心理學的跨文化研究，循證心理實踐的實施科學，以及心理幹預的多模态機制探索。研究方法包括（但不限于）定量及質性研究、Meta分析及大數據挖掘等。
