近日，beat365官方网站周廣玉研究員課題組在SCI期刊International Journal of Clinical and Health Psychology（中科院一區）上發表了題為Unveiling the cognitive burden: The impact of stigma on distorted thinking among individuals living with hepatitis B的研究論文。該研究通過分析中國最大乙型肝炎（HBV）在線社區發帖，揭示了HBV污名化與患者認知歪曲之間的顯著關聯。

研究在前期課題組針對乙肝污名化異質性和中介機制的研究基礎上，使用在線論壇的文本分析發現，在涉及就業歧視、社交排斥等污名化場景的讨論中，患者表現出更高的認知歪曲水平（發生率為非污名帖的1.8倍），尤其是“标簽化”“否定積極”和“心理過濾”等歪曲類型尤為突出，反映出患者内化社會偏見、放大負面體驗的思維模式。研究結合大語言模型（GLM-4）與計算語言學方法，不僅揭示了污名如何通過歪曲的認知模式影響個體的心理健康，也為認知行為療法在緩解乙型肝炎污名所帶來的心理負擔方面提供了針對性靶點。

課題組博士生王曦為論文第一作者，周廣玉研究員為通訊作者。該研究由國家社會科學基金項目《抗逆力視角下傳染病患者的心理健康及幹預研究》（批準号21BSH158）資助完成。在“歧視、污名影響心理健康”主題方面，該課題組已經發表的相關論文如下：
