近日，beat365官方网站周廣玉研究員課題組在SCI期刊AIDS and Behavior（中科院二區）上發表了一篇題為“Efficacy of an Online Self-compassion Group Intervention for Sexual Minority Men Living with HIV: A Pilot Randomized Controlled Trial”的研究論文。該研究通過一項試點随機對照試驗，關注了自我關懷幹預對感染艾滋病病毒（HIV）的性少數男性的生活質量和服藥依從性的潛在影響。
研究團隊基于“正念自我關懷”（Mindful Self-Compassion, MSC）項目，開發了為期六周的在線團體幹預方案，重點融入HIV相關議題（如性少數身份與HIV感染的雙重污名化問題）。研究招募了28名HIV陽性的性少數男性，随機分為幹預組與等待對照組，進行了基線、幹預中、幹預後及1個月随訪的多階段評估。研究發現，幹預後，幹預組在生活質量（尤其是健康狀态轉變、總體生活質量維度）和藥物依從性上顯著優于對照組（見下圖）。

研究初步驗證了課題組開發的自我關懷幹預在HIV性少數感染者這一特殊群體中的有效性，并且支持線上團體形式的可行性（78.6%全程參與率）與接受度（參與者反饋“感恩”“啟發”等關鍵詞），為未來推廣遠程心理健康服務提供了實踐依據。
課題組博士研究生李忻奕為論文第一作者，周廣玉研究員為通訊作者。文章二、三作者分别為課題組已畢業碩士生劉瓊與楊裔慧。在被試招募和項目推進期間，AIDS Healthcare Foundation 王中清提供了大量幫助。該研究由國家社會科學基金項目《抗逆力視角下傳染病患者的心理健康及幹預研究》（批準号21BSH158）資助完成。該國社科項目以艾滋病感染者和乙肝病毒攜帶者為研究對象，旨在開發促進患者心理健康的幹預方案。目前，依托該項目，周廣玉課題組已發表了6篇SSCI/SCI期刊收錄論文。
